Ordained Minister, Evangelist, Chaplain, Author, Musician, Husband, Father, Grandfather

This ministry was founded in 2005, but was not something new. I have been in ministry since 1978, and have learned so much since then. I felt led to start this ministry in 2005, due to the fact I was doing radio ministry, jail ministry, prison ministry, nursing home ministry, hospital, ministry, and had been doing church evangelism for these many years, and other ministry as well. Where the name “Fresh Fire Evangelism” came from, was the anointing of the Holy Ghost, the passion I feel when ministering, and the importance of “Keeping Your Yes Fresh”, meaning to keep your relationship with God relevant. It is now a 501c3 charitable organization, which is a huge step, and I am so thankful. I believe the opportunity to share Christ is of the utmost importance. Do what we can while we can is of eternal significance.

I currently Minister in the following ways:

  • Ordained Minister with WE (Worldwide Evangelism)

  • Chaplain with the Church of God Chaplains Commission

  • God called Evangelist

  • Musician

  •  Author/ Writer

  • Member of CAWGA (Central Alabama Writers Guild Alliance)

  • Member of the Southern Christian Writers Group

  • Member of the Christian Writers for Life group

  • Chaplain for:

    • Chelsea Fire & Rescue

    • Shelby County Jail

    • ATEF (Alabama Therapeutic Educational Facility), a prison facility in Shelby County, for inmates from all
      of Alabama’s State prisons

  • I have four radio stations that I minister on

  •  “Sign Language” where I do street ministry, waving signs on the streets and praying and encouraging many that stop.

  • Billboard Ministry - I contract a large digital billboard from Lamar Signs, where I display different signs
    advertising Christ, and Christian values.

I am open to preach at churches as needed. My goal is to see a soul come to Christ, and to encourage the Christian, to grow in Christ, and in the Word of God. If you would like to help me stay in the field I would appreciate it. Any donation, large or
small, I will use for ministry, and I always pay tithes on any gift given. The value of a soul is priceless, but the cost to run the roads, and pay for ministry is extensive. If you can help thank you. Of all the giving, your prayer is so needed more than anything else

Love you all
Brother Eddie Burchfield
